The Wildwoods PigDog Regatta & Beach Party is a rubber duck race, not a sailing race. In 2026 it was held on Friday, August 21, at Morey’s Piers’ Raging Waters Waterpark, where 3,000 rubber ducks were released into the lazy river and the ticket holders of the winning ducks won prizes. 2027 dates have not been announced yet.

What Makes PigDog Regatta Special

• Each rubber duck in the lazy river at Morey’s Raging Waters Waterpark is matched to a ticket holder, and the winning ducks win prizes.
• Ducks are sold through the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce (gwcoc.org, 609-729-4000).
• After the race, a beach festival follows at PigDog, with beach fire pits, live music and the Friday Night Fireworks.
