Morey’s Piers Opening Weekend
The sound of roller coaster chains climbing skyward and the smell of Curley’s Fries drifting down the boardwalk means one thing: Morey’s Piers Opening Weekend is here. This year’s celebration kicks off Friday, May 1st through Sunday, May 3rd, marking the official start of summer at the Jersey Shore.
What Makes Opening Weekend Special
Morey’s Piers is a longstanding fixture of Wildwood’s boardwalk, and opening weekend marks the rides coming back to life after winter.
What sets this weekend apart is the energy of families reuniting with their favorite summer traditions on the boardwalk.
The three piers — Mariner’s Landing, Surfside, and Adventure — each offer their own attractions, from roller coasters to carnival games.
Arrive early for shorter lines on the rides.
