Wildwood Beach Basketball is a youth tournament played on the sand, run by Casiello Basketball in partnership with Morey’s Piers. It started in 2024. In 2026 it ran Saturday and Sunday, August 1-2, on the beach near Oak and Wildwood Avenues, next to Morey’s PigDog Beach Bar; 2027 dates have not been announced yet.

What Makes Beach Basketball Special

• In 2026, youth divisions for boys and girls ran from 9U to 15U (teams register by the grade players enter in the fall), with A/B/C talent levels and at least three games per team.
• Teams have three or four players. Beach basketball in Wildwood is played on sand; dribbling is allowed, but the organizer warns the sand makes it unpredictable.
• Each 2026 team registration included four 4-day Morey’s Piers and water park passes, so players could head to the piers after their games.
