Enjoy Yoga on the Beach at 9:00 a.m. daily from May 22 through September 7 on the beach at Burk Avenue behind the Wildwoods Convention Center. Bring a beach towel or mat. Classes for all levels and ages! $8/cash or Venmo per class or $5 for age 12 and under.
Saturday classes will begin with an active yoga practice, then finish with a 20-minute relaxation to the sound of gongs, bowls, and bells! Savasana is the most important part of yoga, where our mind, body, and spirit integrate the work we have done in class, allowing some time for a reset! (You can sneak out before the sound healing if time doesn’t permit you to stay, but we don’t recommend that!) The vibration of the sound healing instruments seals in our practice on a deeper level, allowing the body to absorb and transform our cells!
